Bryce Brown was the project manager that I met with and couldn't have been more knowledgeable, informative, or courteous. They quickly assessed the damage and gave us a reasonable quote. They made sure that the areas were fully dry before removing the drying equipment.They worked hard with us to find a new vanity and shower tile that worked for us. They were able to get the floor time we wanted as well. I contacted the company and was first visited by Chris Sternal. He was a pleasure to work with and also showed great attention to my Ole dog that wouldn't leave him alone. He took his thermal reading and showed me the water damage I was expecting. There was a follow-up and treatment was completed by Tim and Nestor. They were quick and efficient! Tim showed me the work he did and informed me of the time-framea for ventilation fan removal. All of this got done in one day and the price of the service was excellent! We managed to get the water out of the house in a few hours, but the damage had already been done. Project Manager Chris S. came that day and arranged for a mitigation team the next day. Chris is wonderful and very responsive. The removal team headed by Trenton did a great job at removing the flooring, sheetrock, insulation, and baseboards, and left about 20 fans and several dehumidifiers for 4 days to complete the water removal.My only complaint is that only two men came to do the removal, when it really should have been a 3-person crew. They came around 9am and were here until after 10pm. I felt really bad they had to work such long hours. Chris came out and assessed the damage, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we would not need their services. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated their honesty and suggestions on how to fix it our selves as their minimum cost would’ve been far above what we needed to have done. The care that they show when doing their work is exceptional. They are in the process of working at my business, US Storage Centers, at the moment. Gabriel has gone above and beyond to make sure that we're taken care of and has kept us in the loop as to what the next steps would be in the process. The water mitigation team of John and Kris arrived that afternoon and worked for 5 1/2 hours removing all the water soaked and damaged sheet rock, insulation, and flooring. Our experience with Frank, John, and Kris was very positive amidst a stressful situation. They were very professional, personable, and explained everything that they were doing.
